Abstract
In the article, the authors present their study which examined the early worsening of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes patients following rapid improvement in chronic severe hyperglycemia in four hyperglycemic patients. The comorbidities of the patients include Hodgkin lymphoma, sepsis, and acute kidney injury. Among the data collected are the renal blood flow, albuminuria, and renal function.
