Abstract
The article focuses on Canadian framework for managing prostate cancer during the COVID-19 pandemic which recommendations from the Canadian Urologic Oncology Group and the Canadian Urological Association. Topics inlcude the treatment prioritization must take into account regional differences in infection rates, the appropriate patient counselling and shared decision-making is strongly encouraged, and the COVID-19 pandemic presents a unique challenge for oncology for several reasons.
