Abstract
The article informs about the guideline on metastatic castration-naive and castration-sensitive prostate cancer. Topics discussed include systemic therapies and treatment of the primary cancer; guideline attempts to provide expert opinion to aid in the management of patients; and treatment is associated with improved overall and cancer-specific survival and decreases the rate of skeletal events compared to deferred treatment.
