What could hide an oncologic patient with exertional dyspnea?

Abstract
The article presents a case study of 54-year-old male referred to a clinic for exertional dyspnea. He had a history of right upper lobe lung cancer and underwent right upper lobectomy, lymph node dissection and right pulmonary artery resection. Histopathologic exam showed differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. The patient received four cycles of chemotherapy and found upper polar left renal tumor after six months of chemotherapy on abdominal computed tomography scan.
