Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 81-year-old woman has presented to a local clinic because of hip pain after a fall on March 17, 2020. Topics include the patient used a cane for walking and had diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease (CKD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), atrial fibrillation, and on apixaban, and the pacemaker was implanted in 2007 to treat sick sinus syndrome, and had undergone mitral valve replacement surgery because of mitral valve stenosis.
