Abstract
The article provides information on the criminalization of non-disclosure of HIV infections transmission to protect innocent people from becoming HIV positive. Topics discussed include the treatment of HIV infections through antiretroviral medication, HIV transmission by intimate sexual contact, and parenteral blood exposure and suppression of viral loads.
