Abstract
The article presents a case report of a 92-year-old Somali woman with a past medical history of hypertension, chronic hepatitis B and malaria. The patient presented with arthralgias and was found to be hypercalcaemic and pancytopaenic on routine blood investigations. It mentions that the case illustrates the utility of fine needle aspiration (FNA) in providing a straightforward and minimally invasive method of lymphoid malignancy diagnosis.
