Abstract
This article presents a study conducted at the University Hospitals of North Midlands in the UK, reviewing the outcomes of endoscopic resection for early oesophagogastric cancer. The study analyzed data from 176 patients who underwent endoscopic procedures between 2015 and 2021. The results showed that the procedure was generally successful, with 77% of patients achieving curative resections. The study also found a low risk of complications and neoplasia recurrence at the 3-year follow-up. Overall, the findings suggest that endoscopic resection is a safe and effective treatment option for superficial gastroesophageal neoplasia. [Extracted from the article]
