Abstract
The article presents a study which performed collapsing analyses on UK Biobank (UKB) exomes to detect gene-level associations with diabetes. Topics discussed include cohort characteristics and study design, European ancestry collapsing analysis and exome-wide association tests (ExWAS), and FinnGen replication analysis.
