Abstract
The article discusses the efficiency of unilateral total knee arthroplasty (U/L-TKA) and sequential bilateral total knee arthroplasty (B/L-TKA). It states about the concerns of patients who run into bilateral surgery is the quantum of pain and the progress of functional recovery. Topics include range of motion evaluation (ROM); timed up and go test (TUG); and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis index questionnaire score (WOMAC) along with Short form 12 (SF-12).
