Abstract
The article discusses the case study of a 55-year-old man diagnosed with bile cast nephropathy, also known as cholemic nephrosis. The presence of intratubular bile casts was confirmed through kidney biopsy. The study suggests that renal replacement therapy cannot not be considered as a therapeutic option for cholemic nephrosis.
