Abstract
The author discusses the effort of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists to collect data on how organizations that sponsor residency programs are managing resident and staff well-being and resilience. Topics mentioned include factors affecting workforce well-being and resilience, incorporation of requirements around well-being into the Common Program Requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and minimum allocated time for program directors.
