Abstract
The author discusses the importance of knowledge translation by behaviour change theory in systematic understanding of an implementation problem and the use of improved perioperative chemotherapy utilization in the care of patients with bladder cancer. Topics include the use of neoadjuvant therapy in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer; a table of developing theory-informed knowledge translation interventions; and the need to improve quality of care patients with bladder cancer.
