Abstract
The article talks about Innominate artery (IA) trauma, which is an uncommon but potentially lethal injury. It states that active external bleeding from the IA and hematoma in zone I of the neck are the most typical presenting signs of injury. It also states that depending on the degree of the injury, IA injuries are treated with either open repair or endovascular repair.
