Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 74-year-old man with a history of prostate cancer and rectal bleeding that had been treated with brachytherapy and revealed elevated level of prostate-specific antigen had been noted on routine screening. It mentions that patient also had hyperlipidemia, obesity, and multiple actinic keratoses and had undergone excision of several cutaneous squamous-cell and basal-cell carcinomas. It also mentions that colonoscopy revealed a firm and sessile cecal polyp.
