Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 33-year old man with painful bowel movement and rectal bleeding who brought to the surgery clinic in the hospital. The patient reported that he had a sexual encounter with the man, and was diagnosed with tender external hemorrhoid. The article discusses the differential diagnosis associated including proctitis, crohn's disease, and infectious diseases.
