Abstract
The article discusses the response by the courts in Utah to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also cited are the cancellation by the Utah court system of non-essential in-person hearings and recommendation of remote hearings in March 2020, and the efforts by the Utah Judicial Council and Utah Supreme Court to ensure the health and safety of staff and patrons, and ensure the courts' constitutional responsibility to hear and decide cases.
