Abstract
The article describes the case of a 20-year-old female patient with HIV infection who was diagnosed with extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). She experienced obstructive jaundice, right upper quadrant pain, postprandial nausea, anorexia and weight loss. Information on her medical history is provided, as well as the results of her laboratory examination. An en bloc resection of the extrahepatic biliary tree was performed on the patient, as well as cholecystectomy and hepatectomy.
