Pluripotent Stem Cell-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Show Comparable Functionality to Their Autologous Origin. Therefore, patient-derived iPSCs show great potential in the field of personalized medicine although future efforts should focus on the improvement of the iPSCs derived cells to resemble more derived accurately mature cells.
