Abstract
The article presents a study of the level of apoptosis in developing T cells in the thymus of mice. The study used panspecific caspase inhibitors FAM FLICA poly Caspase Assay Kit conjugated with fluorochromes to asses the level of apoptosis. It demonstrates a low level of apoptosis in the immature cells CD4+CD8+ along with large number of proliferating cells.
