Abstract
The article presents an independent report of the five-year survival and patient-reported outcome of the Triathlon single-radius total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in a single independent center. It states from 2006-2007, 452 consecutive Triathlon TKAs were implanted at the study center, with nine participants lost to follow-up and 41 having died. It mentions there were five septic and three aseptic failures, while Oxford Knee Score results improved by a mean of 17.4 points in the first year.
