Abstract
The article presents the case study of a seventy-two-year-old woman who was brought to a medical center after sustaining scapula fracture in a road accident. Physical examination showed deformity of the right tibia and tenderness over the posterior aspect of the left shoulder. She was recommended operative management to prevent long-term pulmonary complications. The study concluded that the flat nature of the scapula was the principal basis for the injury.
