Abstract
The article focuses on Jason Luckasevic, a partner at injury law firm Goldberg Persky & White, who handles the case of Matthew Onyshko, former football player for Division II California University of Pennsylvania, against the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Onyshko,who became a firefighter after graduating from college, developed the degenerative brain disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis which is allegedly attributed to the head injuries he suffered playing football.
