Abstract
Several letters to the editor are presented in response to the article "Public Financing of Health in Developing Countries: A Cross-National Systematic Analysis," by Chunling Lu and colleagues, published in the April 17, 2010 issue, including a comment on the failure of the article's authors to cite the factors that are relevant to decision making on health aid, a commendation of the article for discussing health financial assistance, and a response from the authors.
