How "Big" Are SIOP's Data?

Abstract
The article reports on the size of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) data in 2014. It states that SIOP conducts regular surveys on members, and that collected data are used in longitudinal analyses and examining trends over time, and in making decisions on SIOP's behalf. SIOP created the Institutional Research Committee (IRC) with members that includes Anne Herman, Corinne Donovan, and Angela Heavey.
