Abstract
The article focuses on the staffing model utilized by the Treatment Options for type 2 Diabetes in Adolescents and Youth (TODAY) to explore treatment options for type 2 diabetes in youth. It states that the staffing model helps to lessen the burden encountered by the program coordinator in complex trials and allows cross-coverage and flexibility.
