The article discusses the distinctive aspects of the development of estimated standards for major equipment repairs, taking into account the industry characteristics of industrial enterprises. At the moment, there is no actual methodological basis for the development of standards for major repairs of industrial, technological equipment, which leads to the use of price indicators and standards formed in the last century, which, of course, casts doubt on the reliability of determining the estimated cost of equipment repairs. The purpose of the work is to study the legislative and methodological basis for the development of estimated standards as a basis for the formation of methodological approaches to the formation of standards used in determining the estimated cost of capital repairs of equipment, as well as the practice of estimating costs during repair work on technological equipment.
