Abstract
The article presents a study which determines high risk of ovarian malignancy in patient women with adnexal masses. Tumor morphology through preoperative assessment of patients with surgery was done by demography, ultrasonography, and CA 125 determination. Multivariable classification and regression tree analysis was used to determine patients at risk. Results show that patients with solid or complex ovarian tumor and increased level of serum CA 125 are more at risk of ovarian malignancy.
