Abstract
The article discusses dementia with Lewy bodies has recognized as the second common cause of degenerative dementia in older people Alzheimer disease. Topics include the hypothalamic neurotransmitter Orexin A has considered to play a crucial role in the orexinergic system; and Orexin A has shown to interact with multiple areas of the brain stem and other neurotransmitter systems.
