Abstract
The article offers information on the innovation in a learning healthcare system helps to explain position by illuminating the conceptual and practical flaws that follow from drawing a sharp distinction between research and treatment innovation. It mentions both research and innovation are governed by the scientific method; and also mentions moving to implement a learning health care system fosters innovation.
