Abstract
The article discusses the restructuring of the plasma membrane following damage to the cell's plasma membrane. Topics include the kinetics of membrane wound healing, the formation of LC3-positive vesicles, their relationship with autophagy, and how large internalized vesicles shrink through osmotic draining before fusing with lysosomes.
