Abstract
A healthy 58-year-old man first presented to our dermatology unit in 2008 with an asymptomatic brown pigmented longitudinal band on his finger nail. Hematoxylin-eosin stained revealed epidermal atypia, hypergranulosis, and koilocytic changes.
