Abstract
The article presents techniques on how to incorporate violin into any musical style and most genres of music. It notes the achievement of overtones, frequencies and sound by placing the bow on top of the string. It mentions the potential of creating an intense and distorted sound by using a tremendous amount of pressure by having the wood of the bow touch the hair of the bow. A bass drum sound can be created by striking the instrument between the bridge and tailpiece.
