Abstract
The article provides information on a Leadership Clock created by the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) for the ONS elections in January 2008. The clock serves to represent the leadership opportunities and the time commitment required for each designation open, which include two ONS directors-at-large and two members for the Nominating Committee. Members will also decide on which candidates to select based on their time commitment, profiles, responses to questions and podcasts available.
