Abstract
All patients received four doses of mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, one patient received tixagevimab-cilgavimab as prophylaxis. Successful treatment of prolonged, severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) lower respiratory tract disease in a B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patient with an extended course of Remdesivir and Nirmatrelvir/ritonavir.
