Abstract
The article presents a study which analyzes the adaption of the Blu-Ice GUI and Distributed Control System (DCS) software for high-throughput data collection at small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The study is undertaken through extending and enhancing the functionality of the Blu-Ice and DCS that enabled the collection of high-throughput and automated SAXS data. Results of the study show that the software is increasingly able to solve important biological problems.
