Abstract
This letter, published in the Annals of Hematology, discusses a case of clonal hematopoiesis (CH) in a patient with synchronous primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The patient had two identical TET2 mutations, which are commonly found in CH and MDS but not in PCNSL. The authors suggest that the TET2 mutations may have played a role in the development of the PCNSL. This case highlights the divergent evolution of CH-derived progenitors and the need for further research on the role of TET mutations in PCNSL biology. [Extracted from the article]
