Abstract
The article offers a look at the changes in the mission of the U.S. Army Signal Regiment in 2000. The commander of the 82nd Airborne Division expects to deploy soldiers from Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Bosnia. The focus of the 93rd Signal Brigade is on training and testing the commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) federal acquisition regulation.
