Abstract
The article focuses on a study that measured airway responsiveness to adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP) by dosimeter and tidal-breathing methods in subjects with suspected asthma. Results of the study indicated that tidal-breathing method produces AMP provocative concentration values that are lower than the dosimeter method and slope values that are higher than the dosimeter method.
