Abstract
The article presents an overview of the Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics, and Science (TEAMS) competition for middle and high school students in the U.S. It explores the alignment of the TEAMS' evaluation criteria with the engineering core concepts determined by the Advancing Excellence in P-12 Engineering Education (AE3) (2018) collaborative. Information on the annual three-part competition under TEAMS such as the Prepared Presentation and Digital Media events is also given.
