Abstract
Assesses the tumor incidence after a single or multiple doses of cadmium in male Swiss [CR:NIH(S)] mice, a strain resistant to acute cadmium. Cadmium as carcinogenic agent after occupational exposure in humans; Dose-related reduction in pulmonary tumor after cadmium treatment; Incidence of adrenal cortical tumors in rodents through cadmium exposure.
