Abstract
' The article presents a study which investigates the impact and incidence of missed injury rates for adult trauma patients at St George's Hospital, London, England. The study recorded clinical activities of trauma patients and reviewed radiology reports and patients' notes. Results reveal that 3.4% missed injury incidence occurred in adult trauma patients in which four were extremity injuries.
