Abstract
Presents a study designed to identify risk factors for psychological morbidity in women attending a one-stop diagnostic clinic with suspected breast disease. Role of demographic, clinical and psychosocial factors in predicting levels of psychological morbidity; Evaluation of the role of psychosocial mediators and patient sub-groups for whom modifications to existing clinical practice may be possible.
