Abstract
The article presents a study of the effect of Achyranthes aspera on the immunity of common carp Cyprinus carpio against injected antigen and its clearance. The study uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the antigen-specific antibody titre in serum samples of common carp. Results show that Achyranthes aspera improves immunity and antigen clearance in different carp species.
