Key Features The Study of Health in Pomerania (SHIP) is a population-based project, which consists of the two independent cohorts: SHIP-START and SHIP-TREND. SHIP's partner studies so far are SHIP Pomerode in Brazil and the Polish Longitudinal University Study in Bialystok, Poland.[17] In the GANI MED consortium,[18] SHIP methods and tools are used to collect data for patient cohorts. Given the extremely comprehensive information collected from study participants and a high sampling fraction within the regional population, SHIP data are not for public use for data protection reasons.[64] Supplementary data Supplementary data are available at I IJE i online.
