Abstract
Herein, we report on the isolation and anti-inflammatory activities of these compounds. Compound B 6 b showed significant anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the production of NO in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells with IC SB 50 sb value of 23.24 ± 1.3 M (indomethacin IC SB 50 sb 33.50 ± 1.13 M), the other compounds showed no obvious anti-inflammatory activity ( B 1-5 b , IC SB 50 sb > 50 M). Among them, compound B 4 b was isolated from genus I Xylaria i firstly I , i and the other compounds were isolated from I Xylaria grammica i for the first time. Graph All compounds were tested for their anti-inflammatory activities [[4], [20]]. [Extracted from the article]
