Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 66-year-old man presented with several weeks of progressive right-sided chest pain, dyspnea, hemoptysis, and an unintentional 15-pound weight loss. Topics inlcude the oropharyngeal exam found no dental or gingival pathology, the Gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the thoracic spine has showed a large paraspinal mass with circumferential epidural extension, and the heightened clinical concern for a primary pulmonary malignancy.
