Abstract
The article discusses a case of a non-consanguineous family with pyrin-associated autoinflammation with neutrophilic dermatosis (PAAND) treated with lenalidomide. Topics discussed include cutaneous manifestations presented by the proband and his family, results of DNA analysis, and the use of lenalidomide to treat refractory aphthosis and neutrophilic pustulosis.
