Abstract
This document is a letter to the editor discussing the transformation of a recurrent hidradenoma into a metastatic hidradenocarcinoma in a 31-year-old female patient. Hidradenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of the sweat glands, accounting for less than 0.001% of all tumors. It is known for its high recurrence and metastatic potential, with a poor prognosis. The main treatment for this condition is surgery, although there are no uniform guidelines. This case is unique due to the patient's age, tumor localization, and transformation from a benign hidradenoma to a malignant hidradenocarcinoma. [Extracted from the article]
