Abstract
The article examines the impact of changes in the Kidney Allocation System in the USA on access to deceased donor kidney transplantation for children by ethnicity. Topics include examines KAS was introduced in the USA in December 2014 and was developed in response to several concerns including higher-than-necessary rates of discarded kidneys.
